Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales), processing times may take longer.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We currently ship to: Domestic USA
  • Estimated delivery times: 2-7 days

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
  • The  Royal Adventure Skin is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
